Question: What are our cancellation policy?

Cancellations require a 48 hours' notice.
Rules changes for the high season.
For bookings in August is asked a deposit equal to one day of accommodation which will be retained in case of no-show.
For reservations by third parties the customer data of the the guest will be requested  .
CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION CAN NOT 'BE USED FOR VISA OR CONSULATE PURPOSES.

Question: Does the hotel accept credit cards?

Yes, we do accept the most common international credit cards. 
What we don't are debit cards, traveller cheques and bank cheques.
